Tiny Saint - Our Lady of Mount Carmel

Our Lady of Mount Carmel is the title for Mary as patroness of the Carmelite Order. The first Carmelites were Christian hermits living on Mount Carmel in Jerusalem 800 years ago. Our Lady of Mount Carmel is seen on the Brown Scapular, a sacramental worn around the neck which promises graces and aid to those who wear it faithfully.
